By Bus
From the shop side of Princes Street; take a bus to the Royal Commonwealth Pool on Dalkeith Road, Pollock Halls is a short walk down Holyrood Park Road from the stop.
Lothian Buses: Nos 2, 14, 30, 33 £1.60 is the standard adult one-trip fare. You’ll need exact change.
Getting Around:
Edinburgh is a compact and safe city, walking is often the best way to visit the city centre. Most bus services are operated by Lothian Buses. Bus routes 2, 14, 30 and 33 operate close to the venue and will take you into the city centre, at night you can use the N30 night bus. Note that bus services don’t give change, a single journey is £1.60. A day ticket giving unlimited travel that day can be purchased on any bus for £4. Edinburgh operates licensed black taxis (similar to London) which can be hailed at the side of the road if they are showing the yellow TAXI sign.
